Intake Session (60-90 mins)

$200/hour — Detailed assessment to understand your specific counseling needs, to include a treatment plan.

Individual Counseling (55 mins)

$175/hour — A one to one meeting which occurs weekly to explore insight related to identified goals.

Parent/Child Therapy

$200/hour — One to two parents with child from birth to age 10. Focus on strengthening bonds, co-regulation, adaptive behavior, and independence.

Reduced Fee

Individual Counseling (45 mins)

I hold a certain number of reduced fee slots for 3 month periods based on life circumstances and needs. These sessions are set for 45 minutes.

Professional Consultation

$175/hour; consultation packages are also available

Consultation is available for the following areas: PCOS- mental health and body acceptance; parent/child work, navigating internalizing behaviors, adults recovering from childhood emotional neglect
